Meet Lizz

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 and have since gained diverse experience working in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient orthopedics.

Over the past several years, I’ve developed a strong focus on helping athletes and active adults return to and maintain their active lifestyles.

My passion for working with athletes is deeply rooted in my own background, having grown up playing sports and spending time outdoors. I played Division II field hockey in college and now enjoy staying active in the gym, snowboarding, and spending time with my partner and dog. You can also find me teaching group fitness classes at The Body Lab Training Center.

I am trained in Dry Needling, and hold certifications in LSVT BIG for Parkinsons Disease, Barbell Rehab Certification, and Champion Sports Performance.
